One Hundred Concepts Ruggedized LightCap – 33mm Weapon Light Cover with ShockCollar

The One Hundred Concepts Ruggedized LightCap (33mm) is the next evolution of the widely trusted OHC LightCap — built tougher, quieter, and smarter for serious weapon light management. Whether you’re running a duty rifle, a home defense setup, or a night vision-capable kit, the Ruggedized LightCap delivers critical signature reduction and negligent discharge prevention in a compact, user-serviceable package.

Built Better from the Ground Up

Constructed from an ultra-durable TPU rubberized plastic, the Ruggedized LightCap is significantly quieter than its predecessor when flipping the cap on or off — a critical advantage in low-noise tactical environments. The updated texturized body design is not only more tactile and grippy, but actively helps dissipate and break up reflective signatures that can compromise your camouflage system. OHC’s patent-pending flat front face with a recessed finger location makes pull-to-doff operation easier than ever, while retaining the popular push-to-doff functionality users already love.

ShockCollar Included — No Extra Purchase Required

Every Ruggedized LightCap ships with OHC’s ShockCollar included, making installation fast and straightforward right out of the box. The ShockCollar was a game-changing upgrade for the original LightCap, and OHC now bundles it as standard because they stand behind the combination completely.

Why You Need a LightCap

• Prevents negligent white light discharges that can expose your position
• Eliminates downrange reflection from your weapon light’s lens — a common camouflage gap
• Keeps carbon and debris off your lens between uses
• Especially critical for NV/IR setups where an unplanned white light discharge can be catastrophic
• Silent, low-profile design that won’t compromise your operational discipline
