Mec-Gar 1911 Magazine .45 ACP 8-Round 2nd Amendment Engraved Blued Steel

Show your patriotism every time you reload. The Mec-Gar 1911 Magazine in .45 ACP combines reliable performance with a striking 2nd Amendment engraving — making it a meaningful addition to any 1911 setup. Built by one of the world’s most trusted magazine manufacturers, this 8-round mag delivers the precision engineering and durability that serious shooters demand.

Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel with a classic blued finish, this magazine is engineered for long-term durability and resistance to wear. The internal components are linked for easy disassembly and reassembly, while the lubricated nylon polymer follower — featuring a metal insert at the slide stop interface — ensures proper alignment of all ammunition types for smooth, consistent feeding. The spring is manufactured from high-tensile music wire with a drawn phosphate coating for improved coiling properties and extended service life. A redesigned high-impact polymer removable butt-plate is tapered to fit funneled mag wells, making it a natural fit for competition and range use alike.
