The CZ 457 American in .17 HMR delivers exceptional rimfire precision wrapped in a beautifully crafted Turkish walnut stock with a classic European-style profile. Built for the serious small-game hunter and precision rimfire shooter, this bolt-action rifle features a cold hammer-forged 24.8-inch blued barrel with a 1:9-inch rate of twist, optimized for maximum accuracy and velocity with .17 HMR ammunition.
The 457 American comes equipped with a fully adjustable trigger mechanism, allowing shooters to fine-tune pull weight and feel to match their individual shooting style. A two-position push-to-fire safety provides intuitive, reliable operation in the field. The integrated 11mm dovetail rail makes scope mounting straightforward, and the rifle ships without iron sights to keep your optic setup clean and unobstructed.
Feeding reliably from a 5-round detachable magazine, the CZ 457 American is ready for prairie dogs, squirrels, and varmints at extended ranges. Weighing in at just 6.17 lbs, it’s light enough to carry all day without sacrificing the solid, balanced feel that CZ rimfire rifles are renowned for.
