The Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 Pistol in .223 Wylde delivers a compact, hard-hitting platform built for versatility and reliability. Chambered in .223 Wylde, this pistol accepts both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition, giving you maximum flexibility at the range or in the field. The 7.5″ heavy barrel (HBAR) features a 1:8 twist rate and is available in either 416R stainless steel or 4150 CrMoV with a nitride finish, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Finished in a striking Tungsten Cerakote, this pistol is as tough as it looks.

Built on a 7075 aluminum upper and lower receiver, the platform is both lightweight and incredibly strong. The pistol-length gas system pairs with a 0.750″ black oxide gas block and pistol gas tube for reliable cycling in a short-barreled configuration. A 7.125″ full Picatinny rail handguard provides ample space for accessories, while the mil-spec polymer grip and mil-spec trigger (5.5–6 lb pull) deliver a familiar, consistent feel. A muzzle brake is included, designed to be wrench-tightened 6 degrees forward without Loctite. Ships with one 30-round magazine and a pistol buffer tube. Note: Brace not included.
