Savage Rascal Single Shot .22LR Youth Rifle – Purple Stock

Introduce young shooters to the fundamentals of marksmanship with the Savage Rascal Single Shot Rifle in .22 LR — now in a bold purple stock that kids love. Purpose-built as the industry’s safest micro-rimfire, the Rascal is designed from the ground up to instill safe, confident shooting habits in new and youth shooters.

The Rascal’s thoughtful design lets the shooter cock the rifle simply by lifting the bolt, and safely unload without ever pulling the trigger — a critical safety feature that reinforces proper firearm handling from day one. A manual safety adds an additional layer of protection, giving parents peace of mind on the range or in the field.

Despite its youth-friendly size, the Rascal doesn’t cut corners on performance. It features Savage’s renowned user-adjustable AccuTrigger, allowing the trigger pull to be customized for a clean, consistent break that promotes accuracy and good trigger discipline. Adjustable peep sights mirror full-size rifle ergonomics, helping young shooters develop proper sight alignment and shooting fundamentals that will serve them for a lifetime.

Additional features include a feed ramp for smooth single-shot operation and a 16.125″ barrel chambered in .22 LR — an ideal caliber for youth training due to its low recoil and affordable ammunition.
