Caldwell Lead Sled Solo 2 Shooting Rest – Recoil-Reducing Rifle Bench Rest

Take the punishment out of sighting in with the Caldwell Lead Sled Solo 2 Shooting Rest. Engineered for shooters who demand precision and comfort at the bench, the Solo 2 features a pivoting frame design with fast elevation adjustment and an offset configuration that accommodates detachable magazines, pistol grips, and lever-action firearms — making it one of the most versatile shooting rests on the market.

The generously sized weight tray holds up to 50 lbs. of lead shot or the Caldwell Lead Sled Solo Weight Reservoir, giving you the added mass needed to dramatically reduce felt recoil during extended zeroing sessions. The shock-eliminating rear support works double duty — protecting both your shoulder and your firearm’s scope from the cumulative stress of repeated recoil. Whether you’re zeroing a new optic, load testing, or breaking in a heavy-recoiling rifle, the Lead Sled Solo 2 delivers a stable, repeatable shooting platform that keeps you on target and behind the gun longer.
