Rock River Arms LAR-15 Predator 2 .223 Wylde Semi-Auto Rifle – 16″ Fluted Stainless Barrel, Gunmetal Gray, 6-Position Stock

The Rock River Arms LAR-15 Predator 2 in .223 Wylde delivers precision-engineered performance in a purpose-built modern sporting rifle finished in striking Rockote Gunmetal Gray. Chambered in the versatile .223 Wylde — compatible with both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO — this semi-automatic rifle is built for hunters, competitors, and serious shooters who demand accuracy and reliability in the field.

At the heart of this rifle is a 16″ fluted stainless steel barrel with a 1:8″ twist rate, optimized for stabilizing a wide range of bullet weights from varmint loads to heavier hunting projectiles. The Frontier Edge Series free-float handguard eliminates barrel contact for consistent, repeatable accuracy shot after shot. A mid-length gas system provides smoother cycling and reduced felt recoil compared to carbine-length configurations.

The trigger system features RRA’s acclaimed Chrome Two-Stage design with a non-reflective surface — a favorite among precision shooters for its clean, consistent break. The BCM Gunfighter charging handle adds ambidextrous control and positive manipulation under any condition, while the Fred Eichler Series muzzle brake effectively manages muzzle rise for faster follow-up shots.

Ergonomics are equally refined: a Hogue rubber pistol grip provides a confident, non-slip hold, and the RRA Operator CAR 6-position adjustable stock allows a customized length of pull for shooters of all sizes. The rifle ships with a 20-round detachable magazine and comes in a black synthetic stock with Gunmetal Gray metal finish — a visually distinctive and field-ready combination.
