Alps Mountaineering Taurus 2 Person Tent

Built for adventure seekers who demand reliable shelter without compromise, the Alps Mountaineering Taurus 2 Person Tent delivers impressive weather protection, smart storage solutions, and easy setup in one capable package.

The free-standing two-pole design with easy-clip assembly means you spend less time pitching camp and more time enjoying the outdoors. A 75D 185T polyester fly with 1500mm UV-resistant coating stays taut in variable conditions, while factory-sealed fly and floor seams lock out moisture before it starts. The 75D 185T poly taffeta floor features a robust 2000mm coating for added ground-level protection.

Two full doors — each with zippered mesh windows — make entry and exit effortless and promote excellent cross-ventilation alongside mesh panels and pop-up vents. Two vestibules (32″ deep, 20 sq ft combined) give you dedicated space to stow gear and boots outside the sleeping area, keeping the interior organized and roomy.

Extra-large #8 zippers on all doors and vestibules operate smoothly even with gloved hands, and weatherproof fly buckles allow maximum adjustability for a secure, custom fit. Inside, mesh storage pockets and an included gear loft keep essentials within reach. The kit also includes 7075 aluminum stakes and guy ropes for a complete, trail-ready setup.
