Cimarron 1866 Yellowboy Trapper Lever-Action Rifle – .38 Special, 16″ Barrel, Brass Frame, Blued/Walnut

Step back into the golden age of the American frontier with the Cimarron 1866 Yellowboy Trapper in .38 Special. Faithfully reproduced to honor the iconic Winchester Model 1866, this lever-action rifle combines timeless craftsmanship with modern reliability — making it a standout choice for cowboy action shooters, collectors, and history enthusiasts alike.

The distinctive brass receiver that earned the original its “Yellowboy” nickname shines here in full glory, complemented by a rich standard blued finish on the 16″ barrel and a hand-fitted American walnut stock and forearm. The compact Trapper-style configuration keeps overall length to just 34″, making it agile and easy to handle in the field or at the range.

Chambered in .38 Special, this rifle offers a smooth, reliable lever-action cycling experience with a 10-round tubular magazine capacity. The 1:18.5″ rate of twist is optimized for .38 Special performance, and factory-installed sights come ready for immediate use right out of the box.
