Daniel Defense DD5 V4 18″ S2W Rifle – 7.62×51 NATO/.308 Win, 20rd, M-LOK

The Daniel Defense DD5 V4 18″ S2W is a premium semi-automatic modern sporting rifle chambered in 7.62×51 NATO/.308 Win, purpose-built for precision, reliability, and versatility. Engineered with Daniel Defense’s renowned Strength-to-Weight (S2W) barrel profile, this rifle delivers exceptional accuracy and reduced weight without sacrificing durability. The 18″ barrel features a 1:10″ rate of twist and 5/8×24″ muzzle threads, making it an ideal platform for a wide range of .308 Win and 7.62×51 NATO ammunition.

Built around a fully ambidextrous control set — including ambidextrous safety selector, magazine catch, bolt release, and charging handle — the DD5 V4 accommodates left- and right-handed shooters equally. The DLC-coated bolt carrier group ensures smooth cycling and long-term corrosion resistance, while the adjustable gas block allows fine-tuning for a broad range of loads or suppressor use. The 15″ M-LOK free-float handguard provides ample real estate for accessories, lights, grips, and bipods.

Compatible with SR-25 style magazines and shipped with a 20-round detachable magazine, this rifle runs the Daniel Defense Mil-Spec trigger and a brown synthetic stock. At 8.6 lbs and 39″ overall length, the DD5 V4 strikes a confident balance between precision rifle performance and modern sporting rifle handling.
