**Barrel & Gas System**
The 16″ Chrome Moly Vanadium cold hammer-forged barrel features a 1:7 twist rate, chrome lining, government profile, and a mid-length direct impingement gas system with a pinned low-profile gas block machined from 4140 hardened steel. Every barrel is HP/MPI tested for uncompromising reliability and accuracy.
**Bolt Carrier Group**
The M16-profile bolt carrier group is Mil-Spec MP tested with a chrome-lined interior and properly staked gas key — ensuring consistent cycling and long-term durability round after round.
**Handguard & Furniture**
The Daniel Defense MFR 15.0 free-float M-LOK handguard provides a full-length attachment platform for accessories while keeping weight to a minimum.
