Haydel’s OB-19 Ol’ Betsy Double Reed Mallard Duck Call

Bring in the birds with confidence using the Haydel’s OB-19 Ol’ Betsy Double Reed Mallard Duck Call — a patriotic, customer-inspired design from one of America’s most trusted waterfowl call makers. Born from a special customer request to feature the American flag on a call, the OB-19 is as iconic in the blind as it is in the field.

Engineered with a double reed construction, the Ol’ Betsy is tuned for versatility — blow it easy and soft for subtle feeding chatter, or push it hard with an aggressive calling style without fear of lock-up. Whether you’re coaxing wary mallards on a calm morning or cutting through wind and competition noise, this call delivers reliable, realistic sound performance that hunters can depend on.

Haydel’s Game Calls has been handcrafting American-made calls for decades, and the OB-19 is a testament to their commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and listening to the hunting community. It’s more than a duck call — it’s a piece of American tradition.
