One Hundred Concepts Ruggedized LightCap Small – TPU Weapon Light Cover with ShockCollar

The One Hundred Concepts Ruggedized LightCap Small is the next evolution of OHC’s widely trusted LightCap system — built tougher, quieter, and smarter for serious rifle operators. Constructed from an incredibly durable TPU rubberized plastic, the Ruggedized LightCap delivers a low-profile, tactile solution for eliminating downrange reflection, preventing negligent white light discharges, and keeping carbon off your lens — all while staying virtually silent when cycling the cap on and off.

OHC’s patent-pending flat front face with recessed finger location makes pull-to-doff smoother and more intuitive than ever, while retaining the beloved push-to-doff functionality users rely on under stress. The textured body is engineered to better dissipate light, supporting comprehensive signature reduction for both day and night operations — a critical advantage when running night vision and IR laser/illuminator systems where an unintended white light discharge can be catastrophic.

Every Ruggedized LightCap now ships with OHC’s ShockCollar included, making installation fast and hassle-free right out of the box. The combination of the Ruggedized LightCap and ShockCollar represents the complete, purpose-built solution OHC designed from the ground up.
