Otis Less Lethal Cleaning Kit – 37mm / 40mm / 12 Gauge Grenade Launcher & Shotgun

Keep your less lethal launcher and shotgun mission-ready with the Otis Less Lethal Cleaning Kit, purpose-built for 37mm and 40mm grenade launchers as well as 12 gauge shotguns. Engineered around Otis’s proven Breech-to-Muzzle cleaning methodology, this all-in-one kit delivers a thorough, professional-grade clean every time.

At the core of the system are 30″ aircraft-grade Memory-Flex cables that guide 100% cotton 4″ patches and purpose-designed bore brushes through the barrel from breech to muzzle — the correct direction for effective cleaning. The kit includes an oversize bore brush sized specifically for 37mm and 40mm launchers, plus 12 gauge bronze bore brushes with sizes clearly marked on the brush stems for quick identification.

A versatile multi-purpose tool doubles as a T-handle and accepts four included bits: 5/32″ flat head, T20 hex, Phillips #0, and Phillips #2 — giving you the flexibility to handle fieldstrip and maintenance tasks beyond basic bore cleaning. The kit also includes a 0.5 fl. oz. bottle of Shooter’s Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP and a printed instruction manual to guide proper cleaning procedures.

All components pack neatly into a compact 10″ x 4″ x 2″ soft-pack case, making storage and transport straightforward whether you’re at the range, in the field, or staging equipment. Backed by Otis’s No Nonsense Warranty and proudly Made in the USA.
