Shield Arms Partisan Fire Kit – Black | Compact Survival Fire Starter Kit

Be ready for anything the backcountry throws at you with the Shield Arms Partisan Fire Kit in Black — a purpose-built, field-tested fire starter kit designed for serious wilderness use. Born from decades of experience in some of the most remote environments on the planet, this compact kit goes beyond the basics to give you everything you need to start a fire — and keep working — in the harshest conditions.

**Two Reliable Ignition Sources**
The Partisan Fire Kit includes a Shield Arms-branded BIC lighter for quick, dependable ignition, paired with a high-quality 3/8″ x 4″ ferrocerium (ferro) rod and scraper capable of throwing sparks up to 3,000°F. Whether conditions are wet, windy, cold, or snowy, you’ll have the tools to get a fire going when it matters most — and the ferro rod is built to last for thousands of strikes.

**Tinder Included**
A packet of Fireplug tinder from Procamptek is included and works with both the lighter and ferro rod, so you’re ready to make fire straight out of the pouch.

**Built for Backcountry Hunters & Outdoorsmen**
What sets the Partisan Fire Kit apart is what it includes beyond fire-starting. A 3/8″ x 4.5″ ceramic honing rod lets you touch up your knife edge right in the field — critical during demanding tasks like processing big game. Ceramic rods are durable, reliable, and virtually maintenance-free. Two types of cordage round out the kit: 12 feet of 550 paracord for lashing, shelter building, and emergency boot lace repair, and 3 feet of Kevlar line — useful for emergency sawing and as effective tinder in a pinch.

**Water-Resistant, MOLLE-Compatible Pouch**
Everything packs neatly into a rugged, water-resistant zippered pouch constructed from Squadron (500D/1000D Laminated) material. One side features a Velcro loop attachment, while the other side is equipped with PALS webbing for MOLLE-compatible attachment to packs, bags, and gear systems.
