Bore Tech Proof-Positive Rifle Patch Jag – .22 Cal Rimfire | 8/32 Thread

Take the guesswork out of bore cleaning with the Bore Tech Proof-Positive Rifle Patch Jag for .22 Caliber Rimfire. Engineered to eliminate the false copper fouling readings that plague traditional brass jags, this precision-machined cleaning tool gives you a true, accurate read on your bore’s condition every time.

Traditional brass jags contain over 60% copper in their composition — meaning copper-removing solvents will turn your patches blue even when your bore is clean. Bore Tech’s Proof-Positive Jags are crafted from a proprietary brass-free alloy with a secondary treatment process, making them completely reactive-metal-free and 100% barrel safe. The alloy matches the softness of brass while delivering superior tensile strength to resist bending or snapping under patch pressure.

Key Features:

• Dual Set of 4 Contact Rings – Maximizes patch contact and cleaning coverage across the bore surface
• Rounded Leading Rings – Self-center in the chamber and bore to prevent damage on entry
• Squared Trailing Rings – Grip and hold the patch securely in place throughout the stroke
• Built-In Solvent Reservoir – The relief space between ring sets retains and dispenses fresh solvent ahead of the second ring set for enhanced cleaning efficiency
• Reverse Taper Rear Design – Provides a smooth, edge-free transition to compatible cleaning rods, centers the jag, and protects the firearm’s crown during rod extraction
• Caliber-Specific Length – Precisely sized for .22 Rimfire to prevent patch bunching or jamming at the rod tip
• Precision Machined to Strict Tolerances – Ensures concentric pressure on the bore surface for consistent, effective cleaning
