The Radical Firearms 16″ SOCOM 5.56mm AR-15 delivers mil-spec reliability and modern features at an exceptional value. Built on forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers with Type III hard-coat anodizing, this rifle is engineered to perform right out of the box — whether it’s your first AR or your fiftieth.
At the heart of this rifle is a 16″ SOCOM-profile barrel crafted from 4140 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a Melonite finish for outstanding corrosion resistance and durability. The mid-length gas system paired with a .750 low-profile gas block promotes smoother cycling and reduced felt recoil, while the 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 5.56mm/.223 projectiles. Threading at 1/2×28 allows easy muzzle device upgrades beyond the included A2 flash hider.
The 15″ M-LOK free-float RPR handguard keeps your hands cool under sustained fire while offering ample real estate for lights, grips, lasers, and other accessories. Mil-spec components throughout — including the forward assist, dust cover, charging handle, and carbine buffer tube — ensure compatibility with a broad range of aftermarket parts. The B5 Systems Type 23 pistol grip and B5 BRAVO 6-position adjustable stock provide a comfortable, ergonomic fit for shooters of all sizes.
Includes one 30-round 5.56mm magazine. Order online today at VanTon Arms and take advantage of our competitive pricing and fast nationwide shipping.
