Real Avid Bore Boss .17 Cal Bore Cleaning Rope – Single-Pull Field Cleaner

Keep your .17 caliber rifle bore clean and ready with the Real Avid Bore Boss .17 Cal Bore Cleaning Rope. Engineered as the ultimate field-ready bore cleaner, the Bore Boss eliminates the mess and frustration of traditional cleaning ropes and tangled pull-through cables. Its innovative single-piece Dual-Action Cable connects instantly to the Flex-Case Handle, which doubles as a clean-storing case to keep your cable protected and tangle-free between uses. Simply flip open the case, feed the cable through the barrel, clip it for a secure grip, and pull — clean bore in seconds.

Built for efficiency, the Bore Boss features a 32-inch long cable sized for rifles and long-barreled firearms, paired with a durable polycarbonate handle surrounded by a flexible overmolding for a comfortable, confident grip. The cable integrates both a phosphor bronze brush and a braided mop, delivering a dual-stage clean in a single pass — scrubbing fouling loose and wiping the bore clean simultaneously.

Whether you’re in the field or at the range, the Bore Boss keeps your cleaning kit compact, mess-free, and always ready. Order the Real Avid Bore Boss .17 Cal online today from VanTon Arms and enjoy competitive pricing with fast nationwide shipping.
