Armscor Rock Island M1911-A1 FS 38 Super 9-Round 5″ Parkerized Pistol

The Armscor Rock Island Armory M1911-A1 Full Size Pistol in 38 Super delivers classic 1911 performance with a modern, durable Parkerized finish at an exceptional value. Chambered in the hard-hitting 38 Super cartridge, this full-size pistol features a 5-inch barrel with a 1-in-16″ twist rate and 6 grooves for consistent, accurate performance downrange. The 9-round capacity gives you a competitive edge whether you’re on the range or competing in USPSA and other pistol sports where 38 Super is a popular choice.

Built on a full steel frame and slide — both finished in a matte Parkerized coating for corrosion resistance and low-glare durability — this pistol carries the trusted ergonomics of the time-proven 1911 platform. The smooth wood grips provide a classic look and solid feel in the hand, while the fixed front and rear sights offer a clean, snag-free sight picture. A crisp trigger pull of 4–6 lbs keeps your shots consistent and controlled.

Weighing just 2.56 lbs unloaded, the M1911-A1 FS balances heft and handling for all-day range sessions or competitive shooting. Rock Island Armory is renowned for delivering reliable, mil-spec inspired 1911s at price points that outperform the competition — and at $366.99, this 38 Super is no exception.
