Ruger 10/22 Takedown Short Barrel Rifle .22 LR 10″ Threaded Barrel Folding Stock 15rd – NFA Item

The Ruger 10/22 Takedown Short Barrel Rifle (SBR) delivers the legendary reliability of the iconic 10/22 platform in a compact, NFA-regulated configuration purpose-built for serious rimfire enthusiasts. Chambered in .22 LR and featuring a cold hammer-forged 10″ alloy steel barrel with a 1/2″-28 threaded muzzle, this SBR is suppressor-ready right out of the box. The included thread cap keeps the muzzle protected when running unsuppressed.

The Takedown design allows the rifle to quickly and easily separate into two compact sections — ideal for storage, transport, and discreet carry in the included bag. A factory-installed Picatinny rail provides a solid optics platform for scopes or red-dot sights, and the match bolt release allows effortless one-handed bolt manipulation.

At the heart of this rifle is Ruger’s upgraded BX-Trigger, delivering a light, crisp 2.5–3 lb. pull with minimal overtravel and a positive reset — a significant improvement over standard 10/22 triggers. The ergonomic pistol grip accepts any standard AR-style replacement grip for easy customization, while the reversible folding stock with adjustable length of pull (11.50″–13.50″) accommodates a wide range of shooters and shooting positions.

The heat-stabilized, glass-filled polymer trigger housing provides superior impact and abrasion resistance, and the easy-to-use cross-bolt manual safety adds an extra layer of security. Ships with one Ruger BX-15® 15-round magazine.
