Savage Rascal Single Shot Bolt-Action Rimfire Rifle .22 LR – 16.125″ Barrel, Orange Synthetic Stock

Introduce young and new shooters to the fundamentals of marksmanship with the Savage Rascal Single Shot Rifle in .22 LR. Widely recognized as one of the safest and most skill-building micro-rimfire rifles on the market, the Rascal is engineered with full-size features scaled perfectly for smaller shooters.

The Rascal’s bolt-action design lets shooters cock the rifle simply by lifting the bolt, and the chamber can be unloaded without ever pulling the trigger — a critical safety advantage that builds responsible habits from day one. A manual safety provides an additional layer of protection, while the integrated feed ramp ensures smooth, consistent operation.

Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger delivers a crisp, customizable pull that teaches proper trigger discipline without the frustration of a heavy or unpredictable break. Adjustable peep sights help young shooters develop accuracy and sight alignment skills that will serve them throughout a lifetime of shooting sports.

Built for durability and easy maintenance, the Rascal features a blued, matte-finish carbon steel barrel (16.125″) and receiver paired with a tough matte orange synthetic sporter stock — lightweight at just 2.71 lbs and sized with an 11.25″ length of pull ideal for youth shooters. The 1-in-16″ rate of twist optimizes performance with standard .22 LR ammunition.
