Smith & Wesson M&P FPC Folding Pistol Caliber Carbine .40 S&W – 16.25″ Threaded Barrel, 15rd & (2) 20rd Magazines, Black

The Smith & Wesson M&P FPC (Folding Pistol Caliber Carbine) in .40 S&W delivers a uniquely versatile and compact shooting platform engineered for home defense, range use, and on-the-go readiness. Drawing direct inspiration from the acclaimed M&P pistol line, the FPC offers a familiar grip angle and flat-face trigger with a crisp, clean break — so transitioning between your M&P handgun and this carbine feels completely natural.

At the heart of the FPC’s appeal is its horizontal folding mechanism with a locking latch that collapses the rifle from 30-3/8″ to just 16-3/8″ — making storage and transport remarkably discreet. The charging slide doubles as a retainer when folded, and the horizontal folding design is engineered so top-mounted optics remain fully functional (optics sold separately). When you’re ready to run accessories, M-LOK slots on the handguard and a Picatinny-style top rail give you full flexibility.

The FPC ships ready for action with one (1) 15-round magazine and two (2) 20-round magazines, and it’s compatible with M&P full-size and compact double-stack .40 S&W pistol magazines — so you can standardize your ammo and magazine supply across platforms. An integrated in-stock magazine storage compartment with a quick-release tab system keeps a spare mag at the ready. The 9/16-24 threaded muzzle with thread protector accommodates compatible muzzle devices, and the integrated recoil buffer system ensures a smooth, controlled shooting experience.

Every FPC includes a carrying bag with additional storage and Velcro straps, making it easy to pack, protect, and transport your carbine wherever you need it.
