Avian-X LCD Quarter-Strut Jake Turkey Decoy | Collapsible, Lifelike Design

Outsmart dominant and sub-dominant gobblers this spring with the Avian-X LCD Quarter-Strut Jake Turkey Decoy. Engineered to trigger territorial aggression without overwhelming nearby birds, this jake’s non-aggressive quarter-strut pose makes him an irresistible target for longbeards looking to assert dominance — while remaining approachable enough to draw in subordinate toms as well.

At 15% smaller than a real jake, the Quarter-Strut Jake projects a non-threatening presence that keeps wary gobblers committed and closing the distance. The pre-attached beard adds an authentic detail that seals the illusion in the field.

Built from Avian-X’s rugged PVC dura-rubber construction, this decoy flexes and moves naturally in the breeze without the unnatural spinning that can spook pressured birds. Unlike rigid or foam folding decoys, the dura-rubber body resists creasing and denting through season after season of hard use. When the hunt is over, it collapses effortlessly to fit inside a standard turkey vest — no bulk, no hassle.

For maximum effectiveness, pair the Quarter-Strut Jake with the Avian-X LCD Laydown Hen to simulate an active breeding pair — a proven combination guaranteed to fire up even the most lock-jawed longbeards.
